About the event
Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a time to gather, remember, and celebrate the lives of those who have passed. We invite our community to join us for a special celebration at Spring Lake Cemetery that embraces remembrance through culture, music, art, and community.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience a community ofrenda (altar), enjoy local food and vendors, listen to music, and take part in additional activities throughout the day. More details and participating vendors will be announced as they are confirmed.
Whether you are remembering a loved one, learning more about the traditions of Día de los Muertos, or simply looking for a meaningful community event, all are welcome.

Community Ofrenda Submission
Reserve your place on Spring Lake Cemetery's Community Ofrenda by submitting a photograph of a loved one to be displayed during our Día de los Muertos celebration. Please either drop off a framed photograph at the Spring Lake Cemetery office prior to the event, or send a digital photograph using the email address provided in your confirmation email. A suggested donation of $10 per submission is appreciated to help offset printing, setup, and event costs, but is not required.
